As Miss Indian USA, Anna remained in college and completed her Masters
of Science in Curriculum and Instruction in Education with a Reading Specialist. She will receive her degree from Oklahoma State University in May of 2000.
She is a member of the National Honor Society and Oklahoma State Honor Society. Anna received her Undergraduate, a Double Degree in English and Journalism from the University of Arkansas in May of 1996 prior to winning the title.

Appearance highlights include attending the American Indian Heritage Recognition
Ceremonies at the Oklahoma State Capitol, receiving a proclamation from Oklahoma Governor declaring an "Anna McKibben Day", attending Capitol Hill reception in her honor in Washington, DC, traveling to Holland twice
as a VIP Guest of the First Nations Dance Troupe, American Indian celebrity presenter at the 7th Annual First American in the Arts Awards in Beverly Hills, California. She has been featured in and graced the cover of the College Digest twice.
